I have worked in three companies before CodeMax but this company stands out for the learning opportunities we get. Salary packages are good, offers a very good work life balance, Saturday- Sunday is a non working day, HR organises fun activities like Halloween, snack Fridays, and many more outdoor activities. We also get an opportunity to work with our clients abroad and even visit our international clients' office. The project planning is done well and the team is very collaborative.

I have worked in many companies before joining CodeMax but I must say this has been the best place to work. There's a proper structure, procedures, and system planning in our day-to-day working which makes our operations run smoothly. Besides that the work culture is fantastic, and the appraisals are great. The work-life balance is amazing. The company recently introduced birthday leaves. The career and growth opportunities are great and we are always learning something new.

Sometimes the work can be challenging and deadlines tight, But the experience has been rewarding. Overall, it's been a good place to grow, meet some talented people, and take on new challenges.
