There is only thing that is you can work from your comfort of home. Salary will be credited on time. Apart from this nothing good to tell.

Dislikes

There is nothing good to be said about the company. There is no salary hike or promotion for employees. Deserving people are ignored and not given chance to lead or make decisions. All the work is sent to freelancers who don't have any expertise. They run grammarly and send their files. Company is wasting money on outside people on the behest of managers who earn money apart from their salary. Deserving inhouse employees appraisals are not considered.

I am fine to work with codemantra the best learning place, the very good persons available in the HR team very kind persons, every situation they help with employees.

CodeMantra is one of the worst companies I have seen so far. Three persons are more characterless and dishonest. These three persons has been looting the company for years. Two are worst persons. Jude Rajkumar and Stalin. one is lady.

There is nothing to be liked about this company. NOBODY I Repeat Nobody should join this company, until you dont want yourself to get cursed and ultimately become the wretched.

Specially the accidental director. Who became director just after 3 months. He dragged his freind Joy as well in this quagmire.Poor him. And the way that inside sales director portray himself. He only knows to fake it, he haven't performed .1% till date and talking about others performances. 4-5 sales that had came is only because of the inside sales representatives, not because of him. All that comes out of his mouth is a lie. Never never ever believe this guy. You can check on linkedIn who is the director and then once he will be fired from CM, which I really wish him, from the bottom of my heart that soon happens then you can join the company for some learning. Otherwise people who will be joining this company from a esteemed organisations will keep on thinking that "Mr. Director (inside sales representatives)" will certify them, because he keeps on saying that, tomorrow will be your certification, today's your certification. And once you will do a decent mock call with him, he will orally say, now you are certified. "Without any physical certificate". After some days he will say from today onwards you are ISM. Without anything in written formally, because all he wants is the least work that he is doing should also be done by ISM. He will only gossip. And he is true to nobody.
