Company culture, work environment, and ethics are worse than you can ever imagine. The company doesn't have any vision. Forget about 5 years of planning, they don't even know what they will do tomorrow, that how unprofessional these people are. I understand that politics is everywhere, but this is the next level! I am telling this with my own experience and THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY CAN FIRE ANYONE ANYTIME. The marketing head of the company - ARJUN and SARVESH are the biggest hurdles for the organization's growth and employees as well. They will take all the credit for your work and in the end, leave you clueless. Sad that the management itself doesn't know anything about business & operations... they have absolutely 0 ability in decision-making. I would suggest waiting for another opportunity rather than joining this company.

...an excellent work-life balance. Both management and the hierarchy are excellent. Learning enviroment, flexibility,opportunities to grow,pay scale,diversity,communication with HR and upper management and a very supportive team member.
