I have joined this organization on June 2020 during covid pandemic. This organization is best known for their management, salary and work ethics. During covid when many company terminated thier employees, this organization hired many. I want to thanks them for being there with their employers during many tough situations.

...r work life balance with below benefits then this place is great place to work. -> Salary on time. -> Can take leave easily whenever required. -> Opportunity to take extra income -> Mediclaim for your family -> They come with helping hand if you fall in disaster. -> Job Security -> Recognize & appreciate you for hard/best work. -> 2/3 days WFH in a week. -> WFH setup -> All management members are polite/helpful/problem-solving etc.

Dislikes

There are few things that they need to improve. -> Should not change the WFH/Leave/System/Holiday and other policy frequently. -> HRBP members should provide proper response to their employee's queries.

daily shift timings quite uncomfortable for me. feeling that the right and hard work candidates don't get any award and don't get any appreciation from their seniors. I think management need to improves the evolution process for the right candidate to promote.
