On time salary. Good team mates. Good office location.

Dislikes

Bad hr policies. Hire and fire policy. Target employee, take interview any time,put them in PIP and tell them to resign. Too much mental pressure due to internal interview. If any time your interview not goes well the deduct the increment amount target the employee and fire them.

I have been working here from July 20 with a total experience of 4+ years.I got a good salary hike in this pandemic situation which is a great thing among other company.Here I also got a very good senior members who are very helpful,the management is also quite reachable if you are in trouble.The salary is right on time and the quality of work is quite high related to others.5 working days a week which is another positive point to mention.So overall it's a very good experience till now.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
