Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. You get the flexibility to work on various projects, even projects which are not your core skillsets. Seniors are supportive and help you to grow your knowledge. Chill nature when their is not much work.

Dislikes

The leadership and management team is very young. Causes chaotic situations. They will micromanage you along with strict employee tracking software, as well as delays in salary and appraisal. No work-life balance can request you to work on Sundays even.

The CEO,being a non-technical person,Often lacked the profesional demeanor expected in a workplace.Communication was not always respectful,Which affect the overall morale of the team. The leadership team and HR's are puppet's of CEO(Abhishek Gupta). Do not join this compony at any cost.

. Work on alternate saturdays . Seniors are very bad. Nobody listens to boss, only to senior developers . Newcomers are not treated nicely . Zero help , if you are a fresher . Payment is extremely low
