New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

There are many things let's count it one by one 1. Will hold your salary any time without any reason 2.No job security 3.Company do fake promises and fail to complete that promises 4. Force you to sign multiple bonds,forms,cheques 5. If an employee denies to sign the cheque or form than the company make his/her salary on hold 6. Make you work maybe 7 days a week 7. There is a morning timming that is 10 o'clock but there is no out time they force to sit people till 11-12 Pm 8. Clients are like money machine for them Take money from them as showing some part of the code and output then they don't deliver the project 9. No appraisals without bond 10. No compensation or extra leave for sat/sun work 11. Work culture is totally toxic 12. Will take new policy every month if you are not agree with the police than company owner/Hr/managers will threatened you to they will take you cour and hold your salary 13. Please don't destroy your career to come this kind of fake image showing company

Company built Pressurized environment. HR are the pets. Double salary deduction. Low level management. Poor management. Project move in rounds as they don't want the dependency of project on a single developer.

As a fresher, you will get a lot to learn. Work-life balance depends on how you manage things. Managers will push you to work extra and get things done but if you are smart enough that won't be a problem for you. If you could prove your skills then you could work depending on your terms.
