...ible timing. also they care about employee no shouting & no pressure about work. also most important part is salary never late salary in any condition like we knew last year we all goes covid pandemic, but in our company provide salary on time & also done appraisal process. provide good bonus from both side some time client side & also share company profit. In last 2 years I am learn lot about new things also they encourages to implement our ideas in project & give the proper time of completing our tasks.

The work culture is good and employee friendly. Opportunity to learn new technology. Management always interact with the employees personally in need.

Dislikes

The only thing I personally dislike about the company is the salary/appraisal policy. Till joining I didn't get any salary revision/hike. The work pressure is high sometimes, I have to work till late night in need.

I am from SEO department and have limited opportunities to grow as the customers here are from mostly E-commerce sector. E-commerce sector mostly depend on quick results and SEO needs time to show its effect. So clients don't show much faith in SEO for longer period.

The best thing about this company is its co-founders who are also the director and part of the management. In fact the Management also includes HR Managers and Project Managers. Though most of the decisions are taken by the management, the voice of each and every employee is heard, direct or via. No shouting and screaming. Yes there is work load, but in 7 years the company has established offices in US and UK. Work culture is "everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow". Here programmers have become Managers and the directors have guided them through this. New employee benefit policies are being initiated, as the finances allows, between business expansion and appraisals.

Dislikes

Sometimes directors are too democratic.
