Our management don't think that we are humans the thought we are machines but when come to appraisal time after one and half year of my working life in cococart they give me very small rupees appraisal. I really disappoint with that. And we did not get our leves properly. very bad experience with this management in Kolkata Airport

total freedom. no one unnecessarily interfere. you deliver and you scale heights. total freedom in taking decisions. very supportive top management .Even during pandemic all staff got support. medical benefit, drop facility to nearest station. It is work with pleasure. fortunate to have joined this company. very flexible with timing .

site is bit interior . but they provide bus facility so nothing to complain about.

It's the growing Company, Where we can learn more and more for our better experience. Company's SOPs and working standard is too good. It's a top class company where we can learn more and grow.

Cococart is a excellent company. All those facilities are available which we need in our life. Trainers and HR department are very helpfull and understanding. I will be very thankful if I get other post apart from retail and barista.

I have worked this company last 1 year & given higest no of sales but no any confirmation from company & after 1 year there is only 1 mistake & company said , sorry you are non performer so we cant give you confirmation. Today, company hired new person instead of me , he is doing nothing & sales is below my achievements. I really want to say that , this kind of company not take care of them employees & lost them business I never recommen this company for career opportunities.
