I dont merely understand how the top management change rules during the game. Its like passing ball who will touch last will be blame for their actions.

My team was good, working with them was a good experience for me, I enjoyed and learned many good things in the line through the help of my colleagues. I was just unlucky because I was supervised by an incompetent supervisor who does not know how to value his people.
