What I really dislike about working in fmcg food beverages is just about non - equal right and salary and some other compesations.

They produce a quality and standard product and there is room for improvement culture in careers,they operate in team work and encourage staff base on their performance

Dislikes

Salary structure is poor between the manager and junior staff, no regular training for junior staff

Because we are getting salary timely and product is world brand

No grouth for employees as he much work hard in ground lable but no budy understand their work just behave as a with them but they are bone of market who does hard work ground lable and gives to company more sale but no body under stand their situation and never give him ta da for rde

Salary and incentives is very good excellent benefits in ESIC,PF, Insurence policies,and job sequrity, thank you Coca cola company

Basic salary very low please increase salary and Petrol allowance amount is very low please increase and Diwali bonus not received me please provide Diwali bonus thank you

Job role is not defined, there are no ways of working. Resources are not utilised well . Overall they hire people with great skill set and good experience however they ruined it by not utilising them.
