This is one of the best ethical company. Company First priority employees Safety and maintain Compliance. Overall system of this company is outstanding. For freshers this is the best Company.

Dislikes

All are good in this company except salary structure and promotion, it is not defined One payroll Executive salary lesser than vendor payroll Employee and One Executive salary 70K same Grade Executive salary in other Department 25K but both are Coats Executive. Even same Department same grade huge salary Gap.

Work timings are good and will receive the salary on time.

A lot of discrimination will be there from the manager and their team. Employees are unable to use their leaves from time to time as they don't have enough employees, and they will not accept any advice from an employee. Instead of supporting, they will criticize the employees.

We have freedom to speak and work and best salary in the textile industry

Dislikes

1) Too much politics 2) Only saying connect with people by not happening now days 3) Change in management in India will definitely down size or lose this 140 year business 4) Poor HR management 5) Not a people oriented 6) Not dealing things properly trying to keep up the document properly but not the people. 7) Having said we look for ethics and compliance blindly taking decisions

Very bad salary structure, no incriment, no Promotion, day by day extra job increased, need to handle 4 department at a time......I become mentaly sick....

Overall, a good place to work especially for India Supply Chain. 1) Ocean of learning opportunities. Fairly complex business due to a large number of SKUs and a very complex manufacturing process. As a result of that, provides a perfect platform for learning and innovation. 2) One of the best companies in terms of IT systems. The list includes SAP-R3, APO, GATP, Every Angle, and Bex 3) Work-life balance, job satisfaction, recognition, felxibility, and freedom at work depend on the line manager. 4) Appraisal process is fair with a decent hike. 5) Overall good culture and a great place to work.

Dislikes

1) Salary is lower than the market standard. 2) Employee benefits and relevant policies needs improvement. 3) Chances of promotions are low. 4) Job security decreased post global organization restructuring.
