They dont have ethics to talk to people. Litigation is great. People over there sustain but if you talk about corporate its fake. They had you land files expect you to just do due diligence of land and the boss is fake, they have Zero work life balance and don't respect team, I joined there thinking I had a job security and a bright future. But the reality is different in four walls. Nobody sustains there for more than 6 months. I have seen 15 people leave until now. The Corporate Head under whom we reported has zero ethics to talk, need to even seek permission to have lunch. Write diary seek permission to leave home and you never can leave on time, they dont respect employees at all. Treat them like they don't matter

If someone has passion and readiness to learn and grow, its the best place to work. Persons who are serious about their career can survive. The culture is transparent and ever evolving.

Strict timings and even availing paid leaves is mostly difficult due to work pressure

They treat all the employees rudely and there is no job security at all Also they'll remove you after 7 8 months before increment saying that your performance is low Many of my colleagues were relieved because of the same reason Very few employees make it upto the bond period I resigned on my own before they could throw me out. But that's not the case with everyone
