...t’s completely depend on how you are following your manager and blindly say yes. No salary slab. One year experience person got more than 10 years experience person. Garbage on name of diversity.

Ownership of projects, learning and growth opportunities. Visibility to upper management.

Unclear communication about rewards and salary. Low to zero chance of promotion and salary incremen. HR doesn't communicate effectively .

This the first company where there is no salary difference between salary of blue collar and white collar. All cost cutting applicable for white collar. All the perks are for blue collar like anniversary leave and gift is for blue collar not for white collar. 5 year 10 year gift is applicable for blue collar. There are many more...

Nothing good except competitive salary in market only when you join but 11% is bonus which they don't pay later.

No bonus No appraisal In there own office there owns apis, azure etc does not work still they ask you to come to office no single person able to work in office. Ask to work on weekends Ask to work in nights
