Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

CNH is a great brand in the world and I am happy to work in this brand.In this part are in high quality.i like the re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Here senior person were only loved with their own chair.People often help each other.Somtimes I have to work for 12-14hr straight.Managers do not value an individual strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.Also there is no job training for fresher's.
