Salary, u will be underpaid, your talent will be recognised or u get promoted but no hike, annual hike is too low, late night works management does not respect desk job employees. According to them, only Engineers and designers are important all others are waste.

Its a good platform.. now i completed my 1 year experience in servive department. But still i didint get any increment.. please considor increment.. still we get only 8375.. Thank you
