They allow to use phones because the work here is extremely boring and the caretaker staff is nice.

Dislikes

Office is located in a house basement, no professionalism,rude colleagues, no salary increment, there's no cleanliness in office,I can see no growth of myself in this offer. Overall not a good company.

I want to switch career, can anyone give me some advice. I am equity derivatives trader at a prop desk with 3 years of experience and my salary was 3.6 lakh pa.
