They allow to use phones because the work here is extremely boring and the caretaker staff is nice.

Dislikes

Office is located in a house basement, no professionalism,rude colleagues, no salary increment, there's no cleanliness in office,I can see no growth of myself in this offer. Overall not a good company.

I want to switch career, can anyone give me some advice. I am equity derivatives trader at a prop desk with 3 years of experience and my salary was 3.6 lakh pa. But due to bad market conditions our employers is not giving full salary to us and I’m 24 years old with BBA degree now i am confused to which career i should persue?
