Worst company no salary hike no bonus

No support of team, everyone is selfish even manager tho, chaatu employees found here, no female, Even HR is also male and very rude, i resigned had almost a year complete no FNF settlements

Job security. People have spent 29 35 years as well in this organisation

Salaries are never on time, even if you are an on site employee... Sometimes it's delayed by 10 days and employees have to stop working en masse to get the salary credited into the account... There is no proper hiring done to fill a vacancy when your colleague leaves the company and entire pressure and work is transmitted to other team members... My own project manager went away and the position was not filled for 4 months while the project went on a toss and client escalations was a regular affair. No appraisals done for last 1.5 years. Full and final payment is made after 6 7 months only when you constantly fight for it.

I worked here for 2yrs, no compensation/hike. Also when i left this job they took 8 months to give my FnF amount that to after several follow ups. Many of my colleagues FnF are still pending. I will never work for this organization again

First of all, Salary is very concern to every employee but they are giving as an ant-food at 7th date every month also no appraisal even you are 3 or 4 year senior.
