... time duration. I would recommend don’t join this company most worst company. And one more thing about the appraisal, when I was won’t get on time salary and no appraisal. Around 4years this company within this duration I got only one time Appraisal only 1800 but my salary is take home 45k . Pls note my experience is 9years basically low salary.

They don't give salary on time. They don't have any rule and regulations. I had left this company 2 year ago but still FNF is not settled.

Field manager was good Supporting team mates

Delay in allowances, had to ask the manager for each allowance Only 1 week off Can't take more than 7 comps offs in a year, they'll deduct the amount from the salary if any leaves taken more than 7 Work pressure is too high and understaffed (only staffed 60% of the recommended SD team) Low technical & financial growth

They didn't fire there employees during the covid

...sponse from HR in any matter, FnF is is dream most of the employee won't get it. They fire immediately but don't negotiate on 2 months notice period even if you are ready to pay. If you are at client's end you don't have any rights at all

Only thing I like is you can easily get a job here

The company doesn't even provide you on time salary. You have to send 100s of follow up mails to get you salary. Even after that you get it only after 25th of next month. No one bothers to address any concern. Even AC doesn't work here.
