Nothing is good in this company.

The management of CMS IT Services are useless. They are not able to pay the Salary on time. No incriment no fastival bonus, no PF facility. One more thing if you have any issue you can't contect HR because HR not pick your call, if you send mail to HR you get the reply after a week later. So, don't join this company.

Work environment was good according to the client location and teammates supportive. Less working hours and some shift allowances.

Dislikes

Teammates and manager were not supportive, salary offered was low and late salary disbursement, sometimes extreme pressure.

No one get there salary from last 3 months. No carrier growth. They are not able to pay our salary on time. When we call to HR for asking about salary only one answer every time " Salary will be created within One or Two days", we are waiting for the one or two days from last 3months. So, please don't join in CMS IT Services.

Good clients and work environment.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is very slow. There is 1 year bond for ATE(Associate Trainee Engineer ) post, 1 year before you cannot resign.

Work friendly environment, good place to start carrier for the freshers.

Cms it should provide more care to thier employess, salary should be credited on time,no space for increment and personal growth. Proper training should be provided to the employees and provide more facilities.
