No one get there salary from last 3 months. No carrier growth. They are not able to pay our salary on time. When we call to HR for asking about salary only one answer every time " Salary will be created within One or Two days", we are waiting for the one or two days from last 3months. So, please don't join in CMS IT Services.

There is nothing that a single employee like or will ever like in this company

Its only a good company by its name,working from last 2 years no grouth,no good salary,no increement convenience dont come for more than a month and sometimes it may not come.In this company all the upper level employee just think about themselves,no 1 have the time to think about the engineers.You aks about your increment he say call him and when you call him he says call the 3rd 1...

The clients were really good and helpful. Work environment and the amongst the clients was awesome. Seniors were really helpful and provided guidance whenever I asked for it.

Dislikes

The way handle payment issues and compensation scenarios. People waiting for weeks to get their travel allowance, unpaid salary, for which they have to remind the management over and over again, and even then there's no guarantee of getting it.

Likes

For fresher it is good to learn the work of IT,computer software and hardware,printer and scanner related issue.

Salary is very low.Promotion and increment is not possible.there is no job security available.

Work time are comfortable and culture are work nice . And salary are on time.

Job weekend not available in this profile. Also when bussess day sale time working You week off any time cancel, weekend and leave also cancel.
