The company is open to innovation & adopts latest technology . I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets relaible , high-quality products & has a global client base . As a result , i get to learn new things which are much challeging & requires innovation , make new freinds , get more professional , learn the path to grow into newer roles . Managers & seniors are more helpful

compensation is verty low but you wil grow professionally but that also is slow ..sometimes the work pressure is very high & sometimes you have to extend your shift by half an hour - 1 hour .

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
