They are accepting freshers without any experience with decent salary.

...or new joinees. They expect us to work everyday except 2nd Saturday and sundays. If you decide to leave even after putting resignation papers, they cut money from salary. There are teachers who have worked for free just to get their original certificates out. Management is poor. Right from Trista to Swati to coordinators, everyone is bossy and a tyrant. They don't even have the decency to talk formally, not even sweetly, just with basic humanity with their employees and treat them like slave*. They don't even let teachers sit together and have lunch. They give teachers unnecessary work all the time like gate duty. Yes you heard it right, after completing B.ed, masters, etc you are expected to do a security guard's job at CMR NPS . Then the only time where employees get a lunch break(40 mins) they are expected to sit in classrooms with children and have lunch. You cannot keep your phone with you even in case of emergency. If teacher is absent, they don't have substitution teachers and we have to sit with children everyday. Basically not a single moment of relaxation. Teachers have serious physical and mental health issues due to poor management and coordination. Students are rich spoiled kids who don't even wish the teacher and treat them like shit. Teachers are expected to do 3 job roles and get paid for one. Horrible experience.

Absolutely nothing!

Dislikes

Please do not fall for all the likes.. they literally pay people to write positive reviews on Google.. teachers will be forced to write positive reviews in false names and accounts, they will exactly word every review and ask you to post it. Such a hypocritical and fraudulent place to work, the sad part is that being an educational institution that raises future generations they function with zero values and morals.

I joined the school in 2013, I had a great experience working with my team as well as with the management. the school gave me a lot of exposure and trained every single teacher with the new technology. CMR NATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL , has adopted latest technology and opens to INNOVATION. The management empowered me with leadership qualities, skills in all aspect which a faculty needs to have.Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.
