Poor Work culture, bad Salary, no benefits, no medical leave, no reputation and no respect, no flexibility in working, no semester vacation, alternate saturdays holiday for namesake- maximum saturdays are working, faculties are overworked, teachers are treated like students and forced to write exams for whatever subjects you take, Maximum faculty are very bad in education. Education quality is very bad. They are making fake documents to score in NAAC. Quality education is lacking and students hardly learn anything. They will put forced project load and while leaving if it is not completed they may ask for payment. They will confiscate your degree certificates so that you cannot leave your job. They have 3 months notice period. Principal is the boss and for any leave you have to take his permission like nagging to parents for chocolate.
Every thing
1) no hygienic environment
2) big politics.
3) negative minded persons

Seamedu is a knowledge partner. They dont have right managers to work on. Their HOD HOA are not aware of the subjects they specialise in and their preference to work with their buttering people more than working people.
Joining CMRIT is one of the best decisions I have taken so far. I'm working with CMRIT from past 6 years. There are many faculty who are working here from several years. College provides enough support for research activities, startups, patent filing, skill enhancement trainings. Work culture is too good. This is the only engineering college in Bengaluru to get NAAC A+ accreditation.
