This is an ISO certified Mini Ratna PSU. This company has zero tolerance for Bribe and Misbehaviour. The Acts and Rules here are very strict for offenders. The working environment is work friendly with all amenities for everyone, specially for women and Divyang. The culture is diversified. Gives opportunity to grow in terms of education and careers. Many awards and rewards facilities are here. Always encourage real skill and uplifting living standards. Tons of work done as CSR to many areas of this country, including villages and schools and many more. High security residential areas. Many more in the list. Until and unless one joins this company and works, they would never be able to imagine the real scene.

Nothing as of now. Just that Government should stop making policies that would hamper the job scenario of the Workers and Contractor Labours.

The security of the company was very good,All used to do their work honestly.To the speak about management,our company was the forefont.Our company also at the forefont of policy.

Working atmosphere employee friendly. Taking up all challenges involved ln coal mining. Also working on various diversified areas in the construction projects and methane gas exploration and extraction.

Dislikes

It is having limited potential. If training is imparted to its work force, which is really talented, its strength would be uncomparable.
