No one can stay in one company with less salary. The increment is less then the expectation.

Politics is everywhere in corporate life but here you will know that how stupidly they think that they can fool anyone and play it openly. You'll not get any work satisfaction as you may be treated as if they own you if you're ok to satisfy there ego you'll get quality of job and promotions.

to ben honest they supported us a lot i dont any words to describe. i was in village at the peak time COVID and they paid my full salary though i haven't worked single day. Couple of time i have received call from HR and they where asking about me and my family health for which the respect for the company reached to top. They have taken at most care of us even after things are normal. They have given us 2 weeks salary extra in last salary and started giving home drop and home pick up. I always keep telling my friends about my company. Respect.

Management is very good and very polite. lower level people are very conservative and very discriminative. They don't give equal opportunities to every one.

Salary deduction is huge which is unnecessary. Food quality is very very poor. No career growth. No good increment. Noonetary bevefits. Even yearly bonus is deducting from our CTC only. Transport and food cost deducting forcefully even you dont need it.

...orkload by extending and working on weekends as well which led to health issues. Salary hike is also a major concern. Don't expect any major hike. This is for back office.
