Everything - Under graduates(B.Com, B.S.C & BE) & post graduated in Logistics (mba) also getting same salary. The worst & true fact of CMA CGM salary is below than daily workers in construction field, ex: If A employee joined - 2020 - salary of 14k+/month - having now 3 years experience- current salary 17k+ but B.com, Bsc, BBA, BE or even MBA joined as fresher means they getting 17k+ what is this means ? a 3year employee needs to work there ???worst & waste salary slabs - 1000000% all the awards will be favoritism & politics purely toxic on all time awards even the politics we can expect in award nomination too..... had 2 years of toxic experience - i feel its my worst part of my life But i Recommend For fresher you guys go work there for experience and go out after 1 year is best for you and your family and the company too - 'lol.' if your salary is 2,20,000 means your take home - 14k+ 2.5-2.8k (pf,ef.etc.) - after calculation - 15k-25k will be gone from overall package. worst ,waste, not recommend.........pls waste your time somewhere

The work culture is good. Regarding job security, there is no threat to our job. The manage is not easily approachable to employees. Company policies are not that bad.

Dislikes

...e hardly provide training facilities. Career growth opportunities are very less. Salary appraisal system is really poor. No satisfactory increment in salary. No outside travel trip arrange by company. Yes there is politics in our team.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i hope the fact that I am a pat of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Us and Canada.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very low.

...orkload by extending and working on weekends as well which led to health issues. Salary hike is also a major concern. Don't expect any major hike. This is for back office.
