...with good process. As a KPO company they stands on a top 5 of shipping industry. Good employee benefits with night shift allowance, Sodexo, Yearly Bonus and Hikes.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. Especially with Cost Control team in GBSI. There are conflict between managers itself which affects the employee work-life balance. Improper training provided for new joiners (Include Experience resources or New Resource) An immatured managers who will always shout in floor. Very bad management who will check your teams messages and history using an tool. Praise in public and Hail in private policy is not followed here. Worst managers.

...ve, lot of things to learn, love the culture, always updating latest technology. Good percentage of salary hike every month. Even more future projects are in progress.

As per my opinion, designations should be increased, work must be assigned as per destinations... Other then that everything is perfect.

- Very orthodox thinking of management -useless people in HR -no much perks in company -salary offered is very less even when they have ability to pay more -stricr 9hr working policy, even a min less would cause half day. -no work from home for some dept.

I am passionate towards my work... I work hard that's the reason manager and supervisors appreciate me alot and give me more responsibility that gives me more affection to work.

Dislikes

No one can stay in one company with less salary. The increment is less then the expectation.

Bonus, leaves benefits are good. Work-life balance very good.

Dislikes

Culture is Pathetic here. No proper management team here. Very slow systems. Experienced lot of bullying from seniors simply for not towing the line.
