In all the company's stability and the work culture was questionable. No appraisals happened, rather they waited for a person to resign before recognising their worth and contribution

I am lucky that I had the opportunity to work in such a good company Clues network. It was a greate place to develop the interpersonal skills. The staff is very supportive and having friendly nature and if I get a chance to work with them again I will surely go fir it.

Likes

Learnt new things, worked in Rural Category and it was really exciting. I liked my work, learnt pricing, negotiation and renegotiation, taking risk, doing experiments, understood complete life cycle of a product, understood SOPs and its impact. My bosses were also excellent in terms of knowledge and skills. Special thanks to Mr Divyam Singh and Mr Dhruv Bansal.

Dislikes

Althoug my bosses were good, my superboss was least supportive and she was a micromanager. She was rude, unfriendly and has superiority complex. Flattery was in the air and favortism was at the apex. There were some good people like Rishi, Prateek Singla, Ivan Masood, Shyam Sir.
