I have worked in this company more than 16 months out of that 4 months they gave me full salary!! Apart from that No work culture they will ask you to do third class work as well if you do once it will continue till u work there Falthu company not giving last month salary to any of their employees and With that Money they want to build their foundation better can do some ethical business.

...for some ethical company. They are not even trustworthy towards their employees. Salary hold, no convenience, poor HR service and no FnF are just few points.. list is so long.

...dgable person with his stupid staff team who play heavy internal politics....... Will show big picture of incentives while joining but will not pay later quoting some or the other reason of failures & dis-satisfaction & the Accounts, Finance & HR dept will always keep harassing & give wrong figures of achievements to avoid paying Incentives...... All senior management people are big useless guys love to be licked that keeps them happy.... Not good to work for any effecient Person

To meet new clients as per the work. Increase your ability to make new connection. That too depends on you only .

Everything is worst, The leaders at the upper end, the offices. salary are on time, cut off major amount of salary, Manipulation on Incentive. You have to fight to take out your own hard end money but that too doesnt work cause company not gives that in any condition.

Very structured and professional company, can learn the maximum and get exposure in all parameters. 100% Customer Centric Company. Products are value for money. Happy to work in this organization.

Had dislike towards target based salary, which is anyway removed now.
