If you are serious hotelier service professional that has worked in places with good service standards and want to grow your skills, you should avoid this company because the employee attitudes weight more than their skills in order to scale positions. So if you don't like being managed with the heart instead of the mind and get affected by other people professional incompetence; Then this is a big no no. Of course you will work around 12 hours a day and forget about payed overtime (payroll is not so attractive either), plus the *social duty* that requires you to do activities that have absolutely nothing to do with your position. Such as being on the shows or doing guest arrival and departures usually during your resting time (depends on the Mgr). I will not recommend this for non social and non energetic persons, neither for career strict service hoteliers. But if you want to have fun and freedom go ahead, particularly in the leasure departments
