Its been a while now since I've joined this company in May 2018. As I was first interested into deep habit of Computer Technical Softwares and Hardwares aready, I was very blind regarding Organic Farming and all. But after working with Clover Organic Pvt. Ltd. for a year and half, I instantly became interested on the functioning of the system which have been applied to our main land farmers. Huge progress were seen from the start, so I grab my instinct further towards my personality. All the staffs were knowledgably and standard especially the CEO Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal and the Senior Vice President Mr. Sanjay Kumar, their strategies were outstanding and plays much roles to all the clients, staffs and even for the company. As long as I stay with this company, I will give my best effort as possible as always. Thanks, Clover for making life much up to standard in class.. As far as I know, I didn't see any big negative points of the company so far. All went well. But, as being one of the senior most staff in Mizoram, one thing I would like to suggest was a timely and yearly increment of salary at least a very few in % would be fine and fare enough for all the ongoing staffs. By saying this it doesn't mean that I have an issue, only suggestion. Thanks anyway Clover, for been there for me.

If you want to start your career clover is a great company to work with. But if you want growth and work life balance then you are at a wrong place.

Completely authoritative company, no job security. Everyone to interfere in your work and give you stress on all types of projects that has been handed over to you.

The CEO is exceptionally very humble and knowledgeable. I learnt many things from him.

The company's director shows very toxic and erratic behaviour, often treating staff as if they were domestic servants.
