Work culture is totally depends on their client Salary is provided on time. Decent hike.

Dislikes

They don't care about their employees once they are deployed at the client sites. You won't get the chance to work on the technology that have been promised during hiring process , hence there is a rare chance for self development. No support from HR and managers , No benefits for working on weekends and extra hours.

Good for freshers..good client side exposure is obtained...technical growth is also gained at initial level for freshers.

Dislikes

Based on experience the package which one gets is less...all the trainees are given less importance then the experoenced market hires.

No proper management Can fire any time HR and management not supportive I joining another MNC company, verification team trying to communicating over a mail but they are not responding, they don't care about your verification once you left company. If you deployed at client location then they will never care about you. Don't join Clover Infortech.

Dislikes

It's a good company in terms of job security and projects but compensation and hikes they provide are poor. Hike depends on closeness to manager not on your hardworking and performance.
