1. The starting salary is good. 2. Everything is good in terms of work life balance, expect overtime.

1. There is absolutely no respect for engineers and honest employees. 2. Harsh, cruel and partial behavior of the operations manager and team leader. 3. Partiality and favouritism like behaviour of operations manager and team leader. 4. There is absolutely no job security and there is no hope of hike and promotion. 5. The work culture of the Company Manufacturing Unit is very bad. Specially by the Lab technicians and team leaders. 6. Team leaders are very chatty and unsupportive. 7. The HR department is very lazy.

Just salary that too at an extent as they dont release whole incentive which is hard earned

1 . Work life balance 2. Toxic work place 3. They dont solve problem rather try to distract you 4. Micro management 5. Not at all female friendly 6. No lunch break expect us to just bring food and have whenever we find time and there is no microwave to heat food 7. No growth ir promotions 8 . Forced to call patients like call centre and do sales job 9. Very rude and misbehaving leaders 10. Toxic managers who use your work and show as if they have done it and never give you credit 11. Not good for family people 12. Traumatising and frustrating work culture 13. No job security 14. No action against misbehaving staffs for longtime even if a female is telling again and again 15. Forcefully was expected to work 7 days by giving some or other reasons

...ossip and politics, with no teamwork. The salary is also low compared to the workload, and there’s absolutely no work-life balance. The unrealistic targets and long hours leave you burned out and frustrated. And even if you complete your shift, bosses insist to do overtime unnecessary just to show their power. They are bullying junior staffs. If you’re considering joining Clove Dental, think twice. The lack of respect, support, and focus on ethical patient care makes it a tough place to work. Look elsewhere if you value your career and well-being.

...There is no one who can take right actions 5 Hidden Bond Policy ( if you leave within a year they will deduct your salary) 6 Not a best place to work 7 No work from home option 8 if you come 1 min late it will be an absent

I like working here, the best thing is getting leave on time and salary on time and friendly employees.

I don't like it at all, here salary does not increase on time, promotion does not happen on time, there is no overtime.
