At Cloud Taru Infotech Pvt Ltd, it was my first job, and I had the opportunity to work with really supportive teammates. The exposure to learning and growth was exceptional. Even though I worked there for a short time, I gained knowledge and experience that feels equivalent to 2-3 years. It was a great environment to develop my skills and grow professionally.

While my experience at Cloud Taru Infotech Pvt Ltd was valuable in terms of learning and growth, one challenge I faced was the lack of job security. The uncertainty regarding stability made it difficult to plan for long-term career growth. However, I appreciate the opportunities I had to enhance my skills and work with a great team

As long as the employee is in billable role, everything is in place

No structured work culture/environment. There is no process/company policy to follow. The policies or the processes change as per the need of the hour.

Company has no appreciation for it's employees. Managers keep threatening the employees to cut them loose without providing the company experience document and etc. They behave like they own their exployees. You should be video call for entire day to make them believe that you are working. Work progress has no meaning at all. All they want to you remember is you have no life or privacy.

Unlike other startups/small companies, Cloudtaru is a place where Work culture is of most importance. Management is highly supportive in improving the career graph and overall Employee satisfaction
