once I called HR, she was rude, and don't even want to consider my experience. It's a Lala company no need to join the company. Now-a-days these so-called startups or Lala Companies exploiting young graduates in the name of a good career. 6 month stipened of 7.5k, 3 years of bond , I mean what is that, with whom are you joking, usually companies say we will teach and all kind of crap the main thing is a person has to learn on their own, nobody teaches you in the corporate world. a load of crap

They Hire you to spoil your caeer. First they will hire you by promising good monetary and career growth within months. And when you devote your time and work hard to achieve it they will chuck you soon when its time or your appraisal and hire another person at the same or lower package.
