Working as a business development manager involves lot of learning but you will not learn anything new year. No industry exposure, no formal trainings, no sales training. It is more of a kind of call center profile instead of business Development. They will keep forcing you do to cold calling and generate leads. Apart from that, there is a hell lot of internal politics which will give you mental trauma. Every single day you will end up feeling like giving resignation. Many of the employee who are not doing anything are getting appreciation because they are favourite of CEO & CTO. HR management is extremely poor and worst as there are no core employees with them. HR plays important part in internal politics. I request you to think twice before joining.
