New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Senior management is not at all supportive. They pay for 1 person and take work for 5 person. Even the line manager is not supportive. I was a operations manager over there but I was working in Marketing.

Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

The work culture is very toxic.Very less salary and big mouths. Most of the statements/promises are fake.Noone follows any policy.Favourite employees of managers only can exist over there.The word "Hardwork" is not present in their dictionary.No transport facility is provided while visiting from one unit to another.People over here are very egocentric.There is negligible career growth you will have in Cloudnine.

organisation is good you are given task to complete which are out of your job role which is why i love to work here. And food for all the staff is complimentry by the management no deductions from the salary for that whole breakfast,lunch,snacks and dinner.
