Company is filled with cheap mentality people. People always misbehaves. They pay you negligible amount. And has no transparency. Owner has a pathetic mentality and he is one of a cheap kind of person. Team lead and other seniors misbehaves and treat you like a slave. Worst place to work......

The hikes are declared in the month of January, but the actual payment difference is given in salary in the month of March. 4. For Junior developers, they do not pay as per industry standards they only care about senior resources. 5. They don't care for fresher as they can hire new ones easily, they only taking advantage of unemployment here. 6. Product is almost complete so most of the time you will end up doing copy-paste work. There is very less chance for technical growth. 7. They do not provide any extra facilities to employees like health insurance, LTA, 8. Before yearly increment they start checking your office in and out time as well as your working hours(kind of micro-management). 9. Horrible management ...They don't want to pay...they are just taking the benefit of Country's unemployment problem and they are just paying peanuts to the employees, ...no future growth , but good for starters if you can manage the less pay

I liked nothing about Cloudlex.. the people working there are simply two faced. Will never let any HR work properly. Apart from that the worst experience I got was with the company's senior management people. Working with them is such a terrible thing. Even if you are clear about the work you need to do. He will always poke in between will demotivate you always. There is no job security. They can anytime ask you to leave the organisation even when you have given your best 100% to the work and them. They will hire HRs when they have recruitment to be done and will ask you leave as soon as the increment month comes or if you are done with all the recruitment. This is the worst organisation and people I worked in my career. Even the appraisals are very low and totally depends on their mood if they want to give or not. People who can do "ji huzuri" can stay in that company. Who has some ideas of their own or a different way, they can never let that person work. Worst organisation to work in. No growth opportunity.
