Egoistic Culture: The workplace fosters an environment of egoism, where seniors take revenge on junior employees and prioritize personal agendas over team success. Limited Career Opportunities: The organization lacks worthy projects and client engagements, hindering employee growth and career advancement. Overbearing HR: HR personnel exhibit overbearing behavior, resembling that of controlling mothers, which proves to be highly irritating for employees. Excessive Office Politics: Office politics run rampant, negatively impacting work culture and team dynamics. Favoritism Towards Sycophants: Those who cater to the whims of senior management are favored, perpetuating a toxic work environment.
