I have had both positive & challenging experiences during my time at Cloudboson Technologies. There is no major issue. Except for the parking problem and sometimes the lack of streamlined communication between different departments.

Likes

Good to learn and grow. Working here has really taught me how to own your work and be responsible towards it. Exposure and interaction with different teams makes one learn about new things. Management is very supportive. Good work environment.

Dislikes

Nothing to highlight as such. Like every organisation CloudBoson also has scope of improvement in a few areas, which are already being worked upon by the company moving forward.

I am working here from last 5+ years, I found good work life balance, top management understand problems and always feel like family, always work as team. All projects are updated to new technologies and everyone get good exposure on new things. so lots of scope for leaning. provide good appreciation and hikes.

Dislikes

Till now i have good experience no nothing specific to dislike, but yes everyone have scope of improvement on which cloudboson already working to implement new policies.

Working at Cloud Boson technologies is great! The environment is healthy, colleagues are friendly and helpful, and there are unlimited snacks. The flexible working environment is a big plus. Overall it's been an excellent experience!
