Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No standard process has been established for contract employees. Management decisions are easily manipulated. Jordanians set the rules and process in-spite of being in Saudi Arabia. New technologies are not explored. Yearly vacations are maximum 3 weeks with lot of mental torture.
