It is worst experience to work in cloud software previously Citrix. They don’t have any work culture anymore and they don’t care about employee well being. Every year there is layoffs which might be around 15 to 20 % employee cut. Don’t choose this company if you have better offer

Layoff will be there every year, there 0 % job security in this company. The team and management is so micromanaging to the core.

No job security at all Before 2 months ago they outsourced their business to infosys I joined before 8 months ago and again i was asked to work on infosys payroll and work location is infosys phase 3 hinjewadi

Quality work. You get to working on challenging projects where there is a scope of go learning curve

Promotions. It's frustrating to see people struggling to get the promotion however they are all ready for the next level.

Nothing is good about the company. Worst work life balance, not employee friendly, management treats you so bad forcing you to quit. Culture has deteriorated so much that ppl just want to run away.

Everything starting from CEO to you reporting manager for the past 6 months.

No clear vision, the leaders change the vision almost every day. They can’t tolerate anyone working hard as they want to stay in limelight

There is nothing good about the place, Citrix was good place to work however CSG has no clear vision
