...im of them is to make money from employee's hardwork and they wont recognize it. Should work every weekend and surely extra hours each day and they will not pay for it. Should attend the office on daily basis and its like a school. Zero work life balance. So much of politics and HR policies are completely different from corporate world.

I'm extremely in love with this company. They have given a medical leave of 4 months as I had to go through an operation. Even after that they have permitted me to work full-time from home allowing me to take care of my health. All the employees are extremely helpful and the management will provide you with all the facilities. No bias, no unhealthy competition. They'll encourage you to take certifications to master your growth and help you in all possible ways in your personal goals as well. I'm telling you all from my personal experience. Don't listen to people writing negative comments as they are salty towards the company.

The working atmosphere at cloud odyssey is fantastic promoting teamwork and collaboration. Moreover, there are plenty of opportunities for learning and development. Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience at Cloud Odyssey It Solutions

It is the worst company I have come across. I quit the company less than a month. They don't care about your health, personal life.. You expect you to dedicate your life to company if you are not married. You are forced to work extra hours, work on weekends(mentioned in the offer letter, please read carefully before accepting. You will not be informed about this during discussion with HR) , no appreciations. You are treated like a slave. You will be taunted if you refused to work on weekends. HRs are the biggest snakes, some co-workers sucks. You can survive only through politics. Dear freshers and junior developers think before you sign that 2 years contract. Only people with politics mindset stays there for longer years. They make your life hell. I am so glad I escaped from this company and got into healthy work culture.
