Company has on time salary and remote work for some projects.

Dislikes

They hire for platform specific project , part time or contract role , once project is over they will ask to move to internal project and ask to reduce salary. If they feel you are not suitable for other projects , they wont consider any training , they will directly say its managements call and ask to resign "immediately". So job security is 0.

1st project payment in time

Dislikes

Failed to file my GC 2nd project salary delayed for 4 months. Heavy deduction on health insurance They take 30 percent of the client billing that's very high.no bonus. Once I lost my client billing they force me to resign and go for 70:30 . Management does what is benifit to them and say it's a small company story.
