Worst company ever seen. No fix date for salary, management is so bossy and unfriendly. Long working hours, so much pressure by management. Worst HR Department. Pathetic work culture. No job security. No trainings, no growth. Getting F & F from company is so painful. Unprofessional company.

Only liking about this company is work remotely but management is dictator so u never know when the "Farmaan" will be passed to discontinue it.

... have no choice but to work for minimum 12-13 hrs a day,mostly on weekends also.No fix salary date. Even I agree most of 4 and 5 star ratings are not genuine,its posted by company to attract new joinees.No job security. Very few clients, HR is puppet of management. No policies, U will have to struggle for even getting a salary slip. If ur salary is deducted by account dept. Mistake then also u will have to struggle a Looooooooot to get it back.Anytime your technology can be changed without knowing ur willingness. Dont trust the fake promises given by recruiters, if u decide to join then make sure these promises are written on the paper because management flips. The way company is running i have a strong feeling that it will be shut soon.

1. Maybe more interactive team sessions where everyone in silos gets a chance to discuss work or any other issue 2. More focus can be built on employee growth via one-to-one productive team calls 3. The project delivery process can be streamlined so that last-minute hurries can be avoided. However, this depends on the respective teams.

...s of every question that have you done you login and logout on time yesterday. 3) they wanted you to work on weekends and even holiday as well and when you ask for compensation they'll tell you oh please everyone is working on weekends why you ask for compensation . 4) they want to you work extra hours for zero amount and when you told them you been paid for only 40 hours in week then they told you to leave .
