They have not provided me my 1 month salary after putting thousands of mails and msg also they are not listening the higher management only is pathetic worst experience of my life HR don't know anything just know how to speak in english she is terrible these guys are red flags

1. Toxic work culture 2. No work life balance in IT department 3. Inside politics 4. Unorganised work 5. Exploit candidates 6. They play with candidate designation & future 7. No place for hard worker & honest person 8. If person is sick still you have to work from home or hospital 9. Candidates needs to respond and actively during leave If you are on leave for any marriage party & they need your support, then and there you have to give support 10. Most of the time you have to work late night and Sunday without extra benifit

Salary gets credited every month on time. Best Company for the freshers as they can learn and explore themselves with the newest work and technology. Overall my experience was good in CLIRNET.

Favoritism, Politics, and not the value of an employee who works with his/her dedication and hard work. The appraisal percentage is very low for a hardworking employee who gets demotivated to give their best in the future.

...hey terminate you in 2 hours notice and don't even pay you for the month worked. They plan, make you work for extra hours and then at the end of the month when your salary is going to get credited, they fire you with lame reasons and Don't even pay you. If you can survive without food, then apply in this company because they can anytime terminate you and not pay your salary for that month too.
