Awful work culture, no work life bakance, no training given, no decision making allowed and micro management throughout. Resource crunch which will ultimately ruin your personal space and occupy your life entirely, no specific resource to train or guide you.

Toxic and self centred management people, favouritism, trespassing your personal lives, director level seniors verbally abusing each other.They are money minded people, they will hire you as an intern in a meagre stipend of 10 - 15 k a month then use you and your work for 6 months for project completion then throw you out of company after hiring another intern as a backup.They don't bother about your personal , family issues or any other difficulties in life. So, I would suggest you all to look for some better options so that you can learn and earn more while maintaining your self esteem and personal space.
