Salary credited Date, No job Security, Worst HR department, of course NO particular HR. There Is no communication with People in organization, So much of partiality. No holidays. Except sat and Sunday, if there is any issue with software and downtime u are not going get paid for particular time,

...how to segregate the work and assign to users, they'll make in mental trauma. 5. If you don't achieve your target you'll be getting less pay not even the freshers will receive the salary you'll get when you're unable to achieve target, because its impossible to achieve it. 6.There strategy hire an experienced employee and post them as AR caller give good salary and treat them like animals by imposing huge work load and the employee doesn't do it they'll terminate you, when they terminate you you won't get the job because no industry will hire you as an tag "AR rep" with huge salary, you'll loose your carrier. My humble request to everyone please at least join some call centre but don't join here. Thank you.

... spend quality time with my family and kids. Even stabilized myself financially. I wonder why are people commenting negative about the company when they pay you well, give you freedom to work. Seems many of these negative reviews are posted by people who are not commited to their work and violated company policies.

Poor management No work-life balance No overtime pay Weekend working (communicated on Fridays with no option to skip) No holiday benefits No insurance policy, seriously even after being a medical billing company!!! Very slow growth
